Design: Total genomic DNA was digested with the restriction enzymes HindIII and MseI, and the resulting fragments were size selected for inserts ranging from 250 500 base pairs (bp). Sample libraries were prepared for the Illumina HiSeq4000 platform and sequenced for 2x150 cycles.
